在配置文件my.ini中添加 skip-grants-table 参数后，程序无法启动

日志中，最后一部分提示的错误原因
看起来是数据文件损坏了或其他原因导致，如果确定只是因为多加了 --skip-grants-table 就导致报错的话，可以去报bug了
