手动搭建MGR集群中，因“caching_sha2_password”验证报错

操作系统：Centos7.9数据库版本：GreatSQL-8.0.32-24
在创建MGR通道服务前，需要新建MGR专用复制用户。官方提供的创建用户命令为：create user repl@'%' identified with mysql_native_password by 'repl';使用的用户验证方式为“mysql_native_password”但我们要求使用验证方式“caching_sha2_password”所以我创建的时候不指定用户验证方式，命令为：create user repl@'%' identified by 'repl';然后在创建通道，启动复制组的时候，日志报错： Slave I/O for channel 'group_replication_recovery': error connecting to master 'mgr_repl@192.168.44.11:3306' - retry-time: 60 retries: 1 message: Authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password' reported error: Authentication requires secure connection. Error_code: MY-002061
所以有什么办法可以解决这个问题吗？

文章中的方法2我尝试过不行，可能是我操作问题把，方法1不符合等保要求，开启SSL比较麻烦。所以还是直接使用mysqlshell进行搭建吧{:2_26:}
