请补充在主节点端的完整操作过程，并且确认其他从节点上没有已事先好相应账号

在三个节点都是正常加处MGR后，即member状态都是ONLINE后，才在主节点创建的账号，三个节点都有账号，如下(xxxx和yyyy替换了真实账号）：

出问题是yyyy账号，权限是 grant all on *.* to yyyyy@'%';

xxxx账号则是正常的，权限是grant all on somedb.* to xxxx@'10.x.x.x';

请详细描述具体过程，这么笼统地说还是没办法定位原因或复现

已通过重建从节点恢复集群。
